Schedule for 2026

Friday, June 19th
Parade and Ceilidh

The Ceilidh will be held this year at the Gazebo Area on the corner of Iotla and Main Streets in downtown Franklin NC, which is across from the Macon County Courthouse. People are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets or both. Time: 6:00 – 9:30 pm

Parade – People who wish to walk in the Parade following the Appalachian Saint Andrew’s Pipes and Drums should meet in the lower parking lot of the Franklin Town Hall on Main Street from 5:30 pm to line up by family or clan. Parade will start at 6:00 and travel through town on Main Street ending at Iotla at the Gazebo area.

Southern Highland Games Athletics– Varying team athletic events in tradition of Highland Games from Scotland
